daikon raddish

daikon  raddish.

delicious in winter.

When I can get raddish with leaves,  I cook with small fish and katsuobushi.

mochi tsuki

My neighbour  does mochitsuki on DEC. 23th every year.

I joined, and ate mochi.



I added the picture my son helped several year's ago.

shizuto

 
Chinese dish shizuto 獅子頭  lion's head


as the meat balls are big and like lion's head.

(This menu's meat ball  is bigger size than usual)

We can eat chinese cabbage many.


and  Wasabi-na salad.

wasabi na and sesame oil and sesame and salt


wasabina  .....mezurashii desu.

Next day lunch of SUKIYAKI

The next day of Sukiyaki dinner, I put UDON for the lunch.
The soup of sukiyaki is very yummy. so we must use .
Usually people do it at the same time ( after eating sukiyaki) , but we were full.

So we ate next day.

SUKIYAKI hisashiburi. We usually prefer Shabusyabu for nabe menu.

hakusai

I bought Chinese cabbage too much.  I must cook and eat. chinese cabbage soup with crab can.
After the gift season,( July and Dec are gift season), at the department store, many outlets of gifts become cheaper. I bought many cans at that time.


bread

baking bread is my favorite thing.
I bought  active yeast last month, but the expiration day finished . ( I freezed it the  last day)

 It didn't work well. atarimae.
