Udon daisuki!<3i've read about this book in iternet:恐るべきさぬきうどん,have you ever seen it?people say that is the best book about udon.
I did not know '恐るべきさぬきうどん’。 I should check that book.Anyway Sanuki udon soup is different from UDON of TOKYO , its color and taste.And cooked al dente.
