Green Peas GOHAN and Fresh onion



Green Peas in spring time are sweet and delicous.
I cooked Green Peas Gohan. It become more delicious  when we use half mochi rice, half rice of usual, uruchi rice .

Fresh onions are nice in this season as well. I sliced this and eat as  fresh  onion salad with sliced  katsuo bushi (dried bonito flakes ) and shoyu dressing (soy sauce dressing)

I made onion dressing by myself as well.
And using this, I cooked  Wakasagi mariné.
Wakasagi,  is Japanese fish  under cold winter lake. (sometimes  people fish this on the  frozen iced lake)
