gyoza



 Fried Gyoza.

 In Japan, we can eat as side dish at RAMEN restaurant. Of course, we can order at chinease restaurant. This is children's favorite, so, we often fry at home as well.

 But I hear, in China, they don't eat fried Gyoza. They boil them.

I'll try to write recipe when I can.

Big problem is whether you can buy ingredients at the market.

Gyoza ..... usually I use 'dumpling wrappers.'we can buy everywhere in Japan.
chopped cabbage an chopped pork meet are in it.
