
Nukazuke (糠漬け) are a type of Japanese pickle, made by fermenting vegetables in rice bran (nuka).
In summer, cucumber, white radish, egg plant , kabu, carrot, uri 's nukazuke are delicious.
we don't use onion, potato, tomato. ( meat and fish, egg I found them in the net, but I have never made )
We make this pickles bed, by rice blan and salt . I must take care of this bed everyday.
