I believe this is good for short tokyo stay.
Mine is a little different, but may be this is easy to go and can see many places.

Meiji Jingu & Harajyuku / Glance of Omotesando (meiji jingu start wedding from 10o'clock.
if it is good day for wed, and holiday , season is good, you can see bride every 20min)
if it is the day of good for wedding, so may be meet bride at meiji jingu shirine. ( I recommend to go)
There is a shopping street at Harajuku . 100yen shop, shops for young girls.
Afternoon
Edo Tokyo museum
Museum of history of Tokyo.
May be meet sumo wrestler in front of Ryogoku kokugikan in the afternoon.

Tsukiji fish market ( this market almost finish around 10 o’clock)
From Tsukiji, buses direction below are easy to use.
bus goes
tsukiji ------ginza 4chome------sukiyabashi------ marunouchi, tokyo station
Marunouchi –Tokyo area
If weather is good, ride on sky bus.
from marunouchi building 35th floor, you can see palace. this place is free to go.
Lunch at Marunouchi area
Afternoon
Tokyo National museum in Ueno Park.
Watch shopping street, ame yoko.
evening to Night
Asakusa
eat at anywhere.... We chose to eat at shiodome , nice view restaurant.

There were a lady who has not aten sushi... I should not let her eat sushi.

why she didn't eat sushi?she didn't like?
I enjoyed very much.
I think she has not aten sushi at South Africa. And she ate sushi first time in Japan.(she loved gari very much)
She says she want to try anything, but she has allergy of octopus, she will have rash...but she ate prawn, squid... Should I had he stopped to eat?
I dont know because of that or not,she became looose stomack, and cancelled kamakura tour, after back to SA, and has consulted doctor,stayed at home for one week ..
( It may be not because of sushi, may be because of flu. I dont know)
i don't think you should stop her,she knew it what was going to eating right?she is not a child so she is able to understand what it's dangerous for her health.
Also maybe she got sick because of flu,so don't feel guilty^^
Thanks. She is well now.
She came far from Japan, took almost 24hours or more to come, and could see Monday half day with me, next day with her friend (and lost at okachimachi), Wednesday morning to two o'clock with me to museum (and afternoon was typhoon), and Thursday sick. and back on Friday.
Shikatanai desu.
Anyway she seems to enjoy Japan in her mail.
