I baked matcha chiffon cake.
I used 'fuji no haru'.
It was so so..It lost tea flavor..
??? Should I use more matcha for flavor ?? It would be greener...Too green, I feel.
And, I should mix 'AMA NATTO' ( sweet red beans) or maron, in it. It would be better , if I use that.
I like another flavor chiffon cake, like lemon, tea, banana etc...
