moffle ....mochi waffle

I have a waffle cooker of vitantonio.

Of course I cook waffles, but mochi waffle...we call that moffle is great.

I used 'YOMOGI MOCHI' and ANKO, this time.
yomogi is one of  the herb of spring smell.
I love the moffle and waffle with maple syrup  as well.

Yes, moffle is crispy and taste good.
When it is cooked is interesting as it become bigger in the waffle cooker.

Most convenient thing is I don't have to make dough in advance.
I can use mochi which I keep anytime.

Yomogi, Maccha, both of them are green, but different taste.

Let's eat together when we meet next time.
