O- SEKIHAN for graduation day

Because of the terrible disaster, my younger son's graduation ceremony was held on very smaller size.  One person for every  each department could attend,
we watched the ceremony from our home, through internet. Univ decided this.

I cooked O-SEKIHAN , for him.
We cook this rice  at the happy occasion, especially at the  happy ceremonial  time of  life.

The leaf on osekihan is  Nanten (南天).
Nanten  leaf means NAN 難 (difficulty) , TEN 転 (change) .

I hope this difficult time changes  as soon as possible.

O sekihan is good, Now we can buy that even in convini onigiri.

Before cook rice, we must cook red beans. I always use pressure cook,
so it doesn't take time. The water become red, and we cook rice with that red beans and red water.

The way of cooking rice is almost same as usual.
