yomogi dango




 Spring has come.


 In my yard, I found yomogi, young sprouts.
Using this, I cooked YOMOGI  Dango.

I could not find enough for one time, the color is a little whiter.
It should be more green.

We can find it in many places, path, park, but, many dogs take  walks  in my area ,  so I don't want to use that.

i didn't know about Yomogi Dango,maybe because here in Italy the most famous kind of dango is Sanshoku dango.
We can see it very often in anime^^

Sanshoku dango, it is pink and white and green, and the green one is probably yomogidango.
it is usually eaten at the cherry brossom flower time, called '花見だんご hanami dango'.

You can eat easily in Japan.

I saw some people looking for yomogi at park this weekend.
