macaron

Maccha macaron with musucovado (suger, producted in OKINAWA ) butter cream..

I failed to make chocolate macaron.

why did you use musucovado sugar?maybe cause it melts faster than the normal one?

Don't worry about the chocolate macaron,you made it for the first time^^
i'm sure that next try will be better^^

It was delicious. :)
We checked the price of macaron at Roppongi.
1 piece of macaron was 250yen, 272yen... very expensive I felt.

(a little broken macaron were on sale. 36 half pieces were sold 1260yen)


I used kurozatou because the recipi I used this time used kurozatou(musucovado sugar). Kurozatou is Japan taste as well.

お菓子を食べてくれる人が減ったので あまりいろいろ作れなくなりました。 (T_T) 連休で家に戻ってくれたので作れました。 マカロンは冷凍できるそうなので また 作ろうかな(*^_^*)
