
I made ama rakkyo. Sweet rakkyo .
I pickeled this by salt for two weeks, and after that, I pickeled this with suger, water, honey.
Ama rakkyo , we eat with currey rice.
salted rakkyo 500g>>>>>>>>1kg rakkyo and 75g salt and 400ml water, two weeks ago
vinegar 150ml
water 75ml
suger 20g
honey 50ml
pickle this 2weeks again, we can eat.
