kuri no shibukawa ni

A month ago, I cooked 'KURI NO SHIBUKAWA NI'

Maron sweet.

Peel only just hard shell.
place out  hairly place little by little in boiling several times.
Boil  with small spoohful of soda again.
After that,  cook with sugar.



Maron is found  all over the world, I think this recipi must exist whichever place of the world, but I don't know.

I eat half when I cook this , I freezed half.
I will eat this on new years day.

here in Italy we cook maron in the oven,and also during the christmas time there are some dried and sweet^^

i will pass this recipe to my mom^^

I check a precise recipe.
I send you in several days.
I freezed this ,so you can eat in New year.

We have dried maron as well.We say 'kachi guri' Dry whole maron, and after it dried, [ katsu] ( pound with hammer...We don't use this word normally.)and peel the shell. means win ,
so we eat this on good occasion often. I buy this for new year, this time.
